Har Ki Dun is also known as the hanging valley in the Garhwal Himalayas. It gives a spectacular view of swargarohini peak.
The actual trek starts from Taluka Village which is 26 km from Har Ki Dun valley, The trek passes through Gangar, Osla and Seema.

Arrival at Sankri village from Dehradoon (8-9 hours).
After Arrival, Today stay at SANKRI village.
Today after morning breakfast, get Dropped at Taluka village which is 9 km from Sankri Village, Start your trek from Taluka Village with packed lunch towards Pouni Garaat, 12 km trek which usually takes 6 – 7 hours for a normal trekker. Enjoy amazing views of sprawling wild orchids, cross beautiful bridges and streams.
After arrival take Dinner and sleep inside the tent.
Kalkatiya Dhar (10 km)
After taking Breakfast and packed Lunch proceed for Kalkatiya Dhar which is 10 km and takes around 5 hours. Today you will experience a gradual terrain with the amazing views of towering mountains and beautiful valley. After arrival at Kalkatiya Dhar pitch your tents and get delighted by the lively bonfire followed by Dinner amidst nature.
Seemathra – Har ki Dun (06 Km Trek )
Today after morning breakfast get ready to trek to Har Ki Dun Valley for 6 km, which takes only 3 – 4 hours, under good weather conditions.
which gives you spectacular views of Swargrohini and jaundar Glacier, come back to Seemaratha for an overnight stay in the camps, do not forget to bonfire.
Seemaratha – Pauni Garat(10 km)
Trek back from Seemarath to Pauni gharat. (10 km) 7 hours
Taluka – Sankri
Trek back from Pauni Garat to Taluka and Drive back to Sankri, Today stay overnight at Sankri in homestay.
